Terms of Use

Clarity provides speaking practice, transcription and automated feedback. It is an educational tool, not medical care, speech therapy, diagnosis or emergency support. Do not rely on it where professional advice is required.

You must be at least 13 to use Clarity. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for the recordings you choose to make.

Paid plans are billed through your Apple ID. The price and renewal period shown on the purchase screen apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings.

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its payment rules. Restore Purchases can recover an active entitlement; it cannot restore practice history that existed only on another device.

Transcripts and automated observations can be incomplete or wrong, especially with noise, accents or a weak connection. Clarity shows measured signals to support practice but does not guarantee a particular personal, educational or professional outcome.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features to maintain, secure or improve the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person’s rights. Clarity’s software, design and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may stop using Clarity at any time and erase local data from the You tab. We may restrict access where these terms are materially breached. If these terms change, the updated effective date will appear here.
